Oh, this evil undead creature should be able to detect and stalk life? I kinda thought that was assumed and didn't need to be spelled out as a damned ability. Does the Banshee need the Detect Life ability, especially given that it only covers 'general direction they're in but not their exact locations'? This is the worst kind of fluff being passed off as a bit of crunch.
And it doesn't get better when you get past the resistances and immunities.
